As is in the title, Hardened Armor currently only has 1 resistance in any category. Previously it had slightly better than a basic armor vest against melee and bullets, but now lacks any resistance outside the bare minimum. I am unaware as to whether or not this is intentional, but if it is no one has told me despite my attempts to ask. This has been going on for roughly a month

This is intentional, not a bug.

Hardened armor negates any armor penetration applied to it, but the armor values were nerfed to oblivion a while ago.
