A big old port of bitrunning features from TG mainly.

Removed cyber police antag group
Replaced with the glitch antag group and threat system for spawning.
The qauntuam server is now emagable, after which, glitches may escape and threat is increased.
Some ghost roles for the virtual domain have been made temporary. After you die, you'll be returned to your original body/mind.
Added protected areas to Virtual domains which cannot be accessed by glitches.
Added PKA and Crusher upgrades to the bitorder console
Bit upgrade disks are now considered tiny items like other disks
Bit upgrade disks are now slightly textured
Added Grassland hunt map, a Hunter always get their mark. (Tier 1 map)

Added Meta Central map, your average 7 hour shift. (Tier 2 map)

Added Pizza Party map, the lights here barley can stay on. (Tier 3 map)

Decyphered blueprints
Ported Jump jets from TG. A modsuit module that after standing still for a short period, will launch you in the air for a short period, and automatically activate any ion thrusters if present in the modsuit.
Ported MOD shock absorption module from TG. Which gives the Baton resistance trait.
Moved upstream sprites for Infiltrator modsuit.

Added Dark paladin modsuit, though is unobtainable in currently.

Armor booster module now has more visor sprites for modsuits.
Why It's Good For The Game
Prisoners marked as incarcerated
Overall this arrest status isn't used for much and will give security overall information if a prisoner simply escaped or if they are out on parole. Just overall QOL.
Prison Request console
Prisoners have a serious communication issue. Especially if we want Bitrunning to be in perma. Their only active, consistent source of communication is holopads. Which have the issue of, you don't know if where your calling has people. Their other methods are... Modlink scyers, which has to be purchased via monkeshop, and not guaranteed anyone has them unless the station trait rolls. Station bounced radios. Only if premium emergency boxes trait or if contraband. And radios the common chat. Still not guaranteed. PDA's. Not guaranteed. Only obtainable through contraband. Wall mounted radios. All prison models and only allows one to hear radio. Not radio back on it.
So whats different about request consoles? For one. A direct line to security on radio WITHOUT giving the prisoners security radio. (Any messages sent to security will be radio'd on the security channel) Also potential to request medical aid if hurt.
Heliostation perma improvements.
Garden received a composter and some tools to improve the overall experience. Bringing it more in line with other permas, (Without giving a seed vendor) Fixed a light in the wall in bitrunning
Bitrunning changes
Glitches replacing cyber police
Firstmost. Cyber police suffer from a variety of issues. Bitruns, if experienced, can be completed rather quickly. And with cyberpolice only being able to spawn under the storyteller. Means they rarely, if ever, show up. That and for the bitrunners as the round continues cyber police become less threatening as they earn d-swords and heal spells. In addition taking a cyber police ghosts your body for a pretty much temporary role.
Glitches uses a threat system. Each domain has a chance to spawn a glitch as its coldboots. This doesn't rob the storyteller on the ongoing round and keeps bit running self-contained in its progress. In addition, glitches have a progression of threats. Such as going from cyber police to cyber tactical, and at higher threats, even something worse. And finally glitches return you to your old body upon death. Meaning you have one shot at life, and you have to make it count. Incentivising folks to take the role to go beat up bitrunners without losing ongoing progress.
Emagging
Emagging the quantum server removes the previous area restrictions for protected areas. In addition they now can escape into the real world via the byteforge. After which they will have a red glow and glitch overlay marking them not of this world.
Reduction of Brain damage upon virtual domain death.
This is needed change since moving bitrunning to perma. Why? A few factors. In bitrunning brain damage could be reduced to 8 upon avatar death with part upgrades. And freely seek medical attention. So even if they got a brain trauma after just one death they could freely seek medical help.
Prisoners however. Are not free. Besides the preexisting communication issues brought up in request consoles. Which they would have to do to seek medical attention. Since mannitol does not fix brain damage. On low populations and sometimes on general pop you are not guaranteed a brig physican.
Clowning around
Balloon blowing.
Gives something fun and unique for the clown. More of a byproduct of adding another system but its good fun overall.
Security changes
Trait Fast cuffs.
These we're added alongside other modsuit changes, so I went and added the whole system. Having specialized equipment for detaining people I think overall is a good thing. And helps dectives as security will wear security gloves, rather than black gloves which are obtainable by several non security personel
Antagionist changes
Jump Jets
An antagionist module helpful for certain maps (Icebox) and crossing generally difficult terrain. Its unobtainable by crew via normal means and you have to salvage it from a modsuit.
Prisoner traitor's
Currently the only antagionist prisoners can roll is obsessed. And the more I've given it thought the more reason I see to adding this. Mechanically: If someone doesn't have a PDA, radio, pen, etc. They'll be given a implant instead. So the antagonist works mechanically. By space law, being a traitor is barley a crime, only a 202 charge, which is 5 minutes brig time. Its what you do as a syndicate agent that defines graver sentences. Heretics, changlings, vampires, are all executable under space law alone for existing. Implants are only to be checked if reason exists to check for it under space law. And it manifests all the same as anyone else who chooses the option. Despite being actual criminals, you can only take your criminal actions so far without delving into self-antaging. And requires increased esclation with security. Which sucks and can ruin some potential gimics for prisoner. This gives the chance to loosen the chain some without admin intervention via tokens.
