Reproduction:

I was refining cores in the anomaly refinery, to which it auto ejected due to 'negligible explosive power', and exploded a moment after leaving the refinery. The cause is unknown but the code may need to be checked around this.Theoretical range should be 18 at most, plasma was heated to around 45,000 celsius.
