Reproduction:

When you scan a vent and get the menu if you dont start the vent you can have multiple menus pop up. If you click the start event on all of them it will somehow start the mining vent as many times you were able to click before the event starts. When it ends it leaves a few glitched bots and you are awarded points for every bot that was called down and survived.
