Crew monitor is not appearing when the icon is clicked as the AI

Reproduction:

When I click on the crew monitor Icon it appears for not even a second then proceeeds to look like its closing, Trying to press it again does nothing and it does not reapear on screen. Reconnecting by closing it and through the top left section does not work. Niether does using the reset TGUI as it creates a white box that cannot be closed and the problem continues to presist.
