Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to 1:1 DM.
3. Submit an expense.
4. Go to expense report.
5. Click More.
6. Click header.

Expected Result:

There should be an option to delete expense in More menu or report header.

Actual Result:

There is no option to delete expense in More menu or report header.
