Fix brave/brave-browser#6983

  1. Navigate to sandbox.uphold.com
  2. Login with username and credentials in Uphold Exception in 1Pw
  3. Navigate through the KYC process and verify that the selfie function works in the browser.

  • Adequate test coverage exists to prevent regressions
