Carried over from brave/browser-laptop#15091

Description

Dell website doesn't load because of adblock

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Visit https://dell.com in a new tab
  2. Page loads but nothing is displayed, but clicking on page loads a different product page
  3. Disable adblock, page loads normally and displays home page

Doesn't look like this is an issue anymore on Dell.com with shields up with current builds, tried with 58.x/59.x/60.x.
