I have enough blood stored for blood thickening, and I decide to not use it as it's always broken anyways, and doesn't allow you to level up after you use it. I decided not to use it for a change and now when the day passes I do not get another level, eternally stuck on level 3.

Don't believe this is a bug? you aren't supposed to be able to gain anymore than 3 levels(maybe its level 3 and not 3 levels let me double check) via surviving sol but possible he means he gained less than 3 levels via sol, got some of them via blood thick, and then couldn't get his remaining ones? gonna ask on discord and update.
