Reproduction:

While writing on a piece of paper to bind into a book to pass the time, I neared the character limit. I hit 4996/5000 characters, but when I hit save, it refused to properly save the text to the piece of paper despite being under the limit. I tested this with multiple pens beyond just the fountain pen I was using. I was writing and saving it paragraph by paragraph, and the second to last paragraph (around 4414 characters) saved properly. Round ID:9978
