Reproduction:

1. Mop up liquids from floor
2. Right click on cart to wring out mop
3. watch reagents dissapear into the void as the cart does not fill up

Filling cart with reagents from regular containers works fine.

Kotori here: I want to add that I'm assuming this is unintended behaviour since wringing out mops into regular, item buckets DOES fill them with the reagents mopped up.
