[followup] Fix pressing and navigation on Report rows and previews

Explanation of Change

This is a simple change to the onPress logic.
Previously when going to Expense Reports if user would press a single "transaction" row then they would be navigated to old RHP search report.

Now when clicking on rows we are always redirecting to new MoneyRequestReportView.

Tests

• go to Reports -> Expense Reports
• click on a row
• verify that you are redirected to new table version of report view, and not to RHP with report
• ☝️ this should work regardles if a row is a single expense or several expenses grouped
• on Reports -> Expenses clicking should stays as is - open RHP

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
