Remove MessageForDeleted for methods that still exist in the code base

Description:

In BHoM/Revit_Toolkit#1528 @michal-pekacki added a few MessageForDeleted items for methods that still exist in the code because versioning otherwise failed. However, the failure was a result of a bug in BHoM_Engine (BHoM/BHoM_Engine#3490), so now the redundant items should be removed as the bug gets fixed.
