Warning
If you previously launched Unleashed Recompiled via Windows Search and successfully installed the game, your game files have likely been installed to System32.
If this is the case, please reinstall the game using the installer. Your save data and configuration will remain intact from the previous installation.
How to Update
Windows
- Extract the
*.zip
file on top of your current installation. Do not extract the update and attempt to run it in a different folder. - When asked if you want to overwrite your files, click Yes.
Linux (Flatpak)
- Extract the
*.zip
file and double-click on the Flatpak. - Discover will bring up Unleashed Recompiled. Click Remove. Do not delete the application's data, or you'll need to reinstall the game.
- When the process is complete, simply click Install again.
