add database_insights_mode to db_instance

Description

Add database_insights_mode to db_instance resource. Smart copying mostly from 41254

database_insights_mode - (Optional) The mode of Database Insights that is enabled for the instance. Valid values: 'standard','advanced' .

Usage

resource "aws_db_instance" "db_example" {
  db_identifier           = "db_example"
  performance_insights_enabled = true
  ...
  database_insights_mode = "advanced"
}
