This does away with the need for the nodes to call the API to fetch the volume name, when it can be stored in the Status.AttachmentMetadata of the VolumeAttachment object.

This cherry picks #99. Once merged to the
release-0.2.0branch, we're going to release a newv0.2.1version based out of that branch.
