Everything looks good!

I had a couple of merge conflicts when handling other issues that I believe have been resolved, but @BrodiePearson could you skim the PDF one more time to make sure your changes are reflected accurately. I believe the changes are correct based on the commit history, but I would like to be sure before I merge this.

Everything looks good!

It looks good to me! I just also updated the title and status for our paper that is under revision.
