Test plan corrections for current version v0.2.1

Problem description

During our internal test we have found a errors to fix and updates that need to be included in the test plan so it can be used properly for v0.2.1.

Changes proposed:

1. Include a generic success scenario for when the idDocument is required
2. Remove test for KNOW_YOUR_CUSTOMER.INVALID_TOKEN_CONTEXT since this code is no longer in the spec and it has been replace by generic INVALID_TOKEN_CONTEXT
