Bring back Search widget from upstream

Basically we want to bring back the Search widget that was removed in that issue https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/45598 and that PR https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/28753. We received a lot of feedback from frustrated users that the widget was very useful.
Test plan:
- make sure that `Brave search` widget from the issue above is there. It should 3 widgets in total .
