What Does This PR Do
Ports
but without the preference (for now)
This should help fix windows that are strange sizes for some users. May cause strange behavior for some users with monitors above 1080p. It may also cause weird things for 515 users. Needs a TM.
Why It's Good For The Game
Bugs bad. Fixes good.
Testing
Started up a server on 516 and a lot of the problems were gone
