Reproduction:

Have not tried it out yet with my human alt, but for the last week or two, my main character Aaron Norman who is a goblin and a body pursti, has a constant mood debuff from having "cybernetics" attached.

I assume it has to do with the goblin organ changes made last week. But just wanted to notify it.
