Reproduction:

When I'm using BYOND 516 I have been geting these ui problems, mostly when there is a page open (not sure what its called) like the PDA and gps, the box size seem to be way bigger than when I was using 515, the texts, chat box both the one on the side and the one I type in seem to have the size issue as well. OOC command toggle fullscreen also doesn't work.
