Reproduction:

Last round we had someone missing some organs. Health scanner showed missing liver, lungs and stomach. The treating doc was later surprised to find they couldn't defib them because the heart was missing.
Their advanced health analyser, and my borg health analyser showed no organs missing.
Installation of a heart cured the patient.

This round I grabbed an arachnid body from the morgue, removed their spider heart, and confirmed with another player that the scanner did not list the heart missing despite the heart being on the floor in front of us.

I last saw this a day ago and am unable to test if it's still true, but I have noticed plasmaman scans to always show a missing heart despite them not needing one.
Possibly some inverted logic somewhere.

Currently verified, affecting both hearts and spleens. All other organs that SHOULD appear on scanner when removed show. Which is everything but appendix, butt and bladder.
