The CMO's medhud implant does not toggle off when the toggle button is pressed

This seems to somehow be caused by the lack of a cyberlink.
By attaining a cyberlink, of any type it seems, the button will start working again.

Replicated during round 9550.
It will work with standard NT cyberlinks 1.0 and 2.0 as well as the admin cyberlink.
It will not work with other cyberlinks.
