[tokens] refactor typography tokens for Tokens Studio integration #11902

Description
Setting up typography tokens for Tokens Studio was originally a part of #11391. I'm isolating the task in order to sync up with other typography-based work like #9525, #7175, #12038, #11555 and organizational updates in Figma.
Proposed Advantages
Syncronized typography token maintenance across design and dev. Typography tokens are the last tokens that need to be integrated with Tokens Studio.

Tokens. No breaking changes are expected.
