Add Feature to Retrieve Joint Accelerations

Description:

Currently Joint Acceleration Results are not retrievable via BHoM.
It looks that ETABS API has a function to retrieve them though (cAnalysisResults.JointAccAbs Method).
It would be great to test it and, if working, to incorporate it in the BHoM.
