Project Description

This platform will link restaurants, households, and communities that are ready to donate food items, cooked foods, and other consumable products to the less privileged. This project will reduce the level of food wastage, reduce the dependency of the poor on parlatives that are been shared by the government which is mostly hoarded by people in high places.

Requirement

• Live chat; user can live chat with admin, they can make enquiries about the organisation,donations and others as they deem fit
• Track; users can track their donations,to know if it has gotten to the location they sent it to.
• Drop off/pick up; users have the option of either dropping off their donations to a location near to them or pickup by dispatch if they prefer.
• Donation history; users can see their donation history
• Cash option; users have the option of donating cash instead of food items
• Share on social media; users have the option of sharing that they donated through social media platforms and equally inviting their friends.

Contribution Guide

1. Go to github link and fork the repo.
2. After forking, go to your github page and Clone your forked repo.
3. Create a project folder on your local machine.
4. Navigate to it in the terminal. Run git clone (github link).
5. Create a branch for your task git checkout -b <branchname>.
6. After changes :

• git add .
• git commit -m "some comments"
• git push origin <name of your branch>

7. Create PR.
