Update logging calls to use more appropriate levels so logging verbosity can be controlled

Right now, pretty much everything is logged to info or error. This isn't a big deal, except that in the AWS S3 and Azure Blob Storage completion handlers this causes the logs to fill up with a ton of messages that aren't all that useful unless you're debugging or interested in the verbose output and progress.
