Schema: Add 32 px margin below the "Add Another Field to <Model Name>" button

Describe the bug
Currently when a user scrolls to the end of a list of fields for a model there is no white space below. This is not intended.

@zcolah Shouldn't this match the bottom spacing when deactivated fields are present? 16px?

I felt 32px made it look aesthetically more pleasing without it feeling cramped at the bottom/end. Even in Github on this thread you can notice that the space at the end is a lot more as compared to between the sections. See screenshot.

@zcolah Question was more about matching the spacing an not the exact amount we want. Do we want a consistent spacing of 32px even when Deactivated Fields is present?

Can we add conditional spacing, where it is 32 px when the Deactivated Fields are not triggered and 16 px when they are? If so please do that.
