Adds back the No Gaps theme. (Fixes #1431)

- Fix "Check for Updates" issue
- Fix top bar animation junk
- Update "-moz-bool-pref:" to "-moz-pref()"
- Move preferences from bools to dropdowns to simplify the codebase
- Remove deprecated options

I really need this, the official remove browser padding is broken.
