tab name can't contain an emoji character


## Issue description

not the most urgent issue facing Zellij, but if the report is still helpful:



`zellij action rename-tab "🌳 test" && zellij action query-tab-names`

Tab shows as blank instead of "🌳 test"

if that doesn't immediately repro, lmk and I can get logs etc. thank you!
