you can also ignore the security audit build issue for now. I'll work on fixing that separately

I'm not sure there's a reasonable unit test here since there's no error feedback on the call. To know if Delta Encoding is enabled/disabled we could create a db with some entries, flush them, and try to check the table properties, but that rings a bit over the top for a single bit api wrapper surface no?

are you able to write a test to make sure the option is recognized by rocksdb/set in the options?

should be fine as is. If you have time to make a follow up pr to add some sort of test, that would be good.
