Switching to DMs then back loses the grouping

Hi there, thanks a lot for the extension!

When I switch to the DMs tab then back to Home, the groupings disappear.
Tabbing out and then going back to the Slack tab triggers the hook (I guess?) and the groupings reappear again; but if I stay on the Slack tab - the groupings never come back.

ちょっと動作確認が甘くて、何かチャンネルの切り替えがうまくいかないケースがあるかもしれないです・・。
少し調査してみます。

Thanks to @masamaru0513’s fix, version 1.0.40 has just been released! Please update the extension at chrome://extensions/ and give it a try.
