Description

This PR introduces two new resources to enhance the API Design Assistant's capabilities:

  • Governance Rule Validator (within Governance REST API) – Performs validation of the API specification using a set of predefined governance rules, identifying and listing any violations found.
  • API Spec Regeneration (within Publisher REST API) – Uses the identified governance rule violations to regenerate a refined version of the API specification with fewer rule violations.

Purpose

The goal of this enhancement is to enable users to iteratively improve their API specifications by automatically addressing governance issues. This ensures the final API spec is more compliant with best practices and organizational standards, while still being tailored to the user’s functional intent.

Note: Be mindful of the bot's finite context window. It's strongly recommended to break down tasks such as reading entire modules into smaller chunks. For a focused discussion, use review comments to chat about specific files and their changes, instead of using the PR comments.
