https://webcompat.com/contributors has a "how to diagnose a bug" but doesn't describe how to use remote debugging to diagnose the bug.

Yeah, we could link to some debugging resources. MDN, Chrome DevTools docs, etc.

r? @magsout This might require additional styling.

Doing it I was not sure if it was the right place and more specifically why remote more than other dev tools.
