Fix parsing of browser config data

We have console logs now (thanks @wisniewskit!), but it looks like formatting is a little wonky. Probably not hard to fix:

We're hitting ValueError, so probably the JSON coming in is somehow bogus:

edit: oh no, not invalid JSON. get_str_value probably isn't expecting a list.

ValueError: Expecting property name enclosed in double quotes: line 1 column 2 (char 1)

possibly this is not the JSON we think it is at this point.

It seems like details_string is a unicode string with single quotes, which the JSON parser does not like. Will investigate some more tomorrow.
