Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to: https://webcompat.com/humans.txt
Check the favicon in the tab
Navigate to: https://webcompat.com/privacy or other webcompat page

Expected Behavior:

favicon looks the same

Actual Behavior:

for the txt is half white half yellow ( might be txt constrain)
