If a kubernetes cluster uses the containerd cri, and containerd is at version 1.6.0 through 1.6.4, weave does not work. This doc update highlights this and provides a solution, which is to upgrade containerd.

This addresses #3936, and partially #3942 and the discussion
in #3939.
@kingdonb, since this is a user-facing document, I did not
provided very detailed technical information; just the problem
and solution. Hope that's okay.
