What changed?
Add initial devcontainer container configuration with some of the tools/version required to work on Weave GitOps.
Why was this change made?
Because I sit on a dumb enterprise network, I am unable to work with frontend. I just tried the default devcontainer, and while not perfect, I can do stuff with it.
