I see apache2 configuration, but not for fpm. Would it be ok to create a pull request and add it as a separate block or just modify on my own version?

hi, yeah, didn't implement it since i haven't used it till now but i guess it'll be fine. You might want to add a check if the file exists and if you do, it'll be great if you add that to the apache too. cheers!
