Add option to remove a screen from the display layout on Intel as well (this feature was Apple Silicon specific until now).

The screen won't be fully powered down on Intel but will be removed from the layout. Some related enhancements will mitigate this (turn backlight off if screen supports it, dim as much as possible if screen supports it).
