Increase Unit Test Coverage to 50% Across all GoLang Files Throughtout the Project

We have a million "add unit tests to this file" type of issues.

They unnecessarily clutter the project backlog.

Tracking things under this "50% coverage" goal is best.

I'll close all other issues; and close this one once we reach 50% coverage target.

Because of the very nature of this issue, more than one person can work on it.
Please comment /assign under it, if you want to add unit tests to the project to reach its initial coverage goal.
