If you have a dev machine that has access to the internet as well as a linux VM, you can use the zero-dependency [go-btva](https://github.com/Michaelpalacce/go-btva) to:
- [x] Install needed dependencies
- [x] Setup local environment for development
- [x] Setup Artifact Manager and a build server
