Fixes for Red Hat Ansible Collection

To upload the collection on Red Hat, we fixed a few issues as follows.
Issues:

1. The requires_ansible version in your collection is >=2.9.10. We require all collections to have requires_ansible >=2.15.0 or 2.16.0 (for 2.4 and 2.5)
2. License. I see that your tar.gz does contain a license file. However, the documentation does not contain a license section.
