Give the ability to customize the lookup path

Hey @vtsvang, nice project ! I am thinking of using it in one of my applications.

But we need a project-wide configuration file, and your actual lookup globbings aren't customizable.

I suggest to add a third argument to the constructor of rc, which add this option.

I can submit a PR if you want, I am just checking if you're alive. ;)
