[Bug] Template options are too complex

Current behavior

There are a lot of options in the current template and it's an all (Recommended) or nothing (Blank) approach.
Two suggestions

• Have a third option which includes the main extensions (DI, Nav etc) but without any extra sample code (eg weather service)
• Have a feature which is Sample Code which controls whether there's any sample code include
  (third option is to just remove the weather sample code completely)

Expected behavior

A simpler experience in all IDEs

@nickrandolph would like to add a detail for this enhancement:

in case we would include the weather api like now, running the app just "as is" should actually show it somewhere to explore this feature/sample and not need a beginner that wants to get known to this, to still implement it without future knowledge. e.g. if you have server included still not included. in maui templated apps (non uno) thats just by default.
