[Epic] Uno.Resizetizer review

What would you like to be added:

Uno.Resizetizer warrants a general review to understand various avenues for potential improvements:

• Support for Android animated splash screens
• Support for iOS accent colored/transparent icons
• Reliability of resizing (resulting images not being sharp even though generated from vector graphics)
• Support for Android vector graphics
• Ability (and documentation) for easy fallback to native icon/splash screen management for developers who need more customization
• Understanding and documenting asset base size and ability to provide base size more easily in case of assets that are otherwise included automatically (when I add a SVG and want to generate a specific size at 100% scaling, how do I specify that)
• Providing means of resizing the same SVG/PNG asset into multiple different sizes (when the same asset is used in multiple places throughout the app but with different raster sizing

would like to add to the list:

• should not bind all uno users to have to use the resizetizer, which seems to be the case at the 1.7.0 Version, so maybe we can get some... Property or AppBuilder Method or concrete Listing for the Resizetizer in the csproj UnoFeatures List, to enable to explizit opt-out of this?
