UAC always shows up when running under parallels on mac #423

Current behavior 🐛
For some reason, the UAC override to run without privileges does not take effect when running on Parallels for macOS.
This makes VS shows the background run of uno-check, as well as the UAC prompt every time.
This is not an arm64 issue, since a standard win64 will not show the popup. It seems like a parallels configuration that overrides set __COMPAT_LAYER=RUNASINVOKER that can be passed as a command line.
Expected behavior 🎯
No UAC prompt and no uno-check console is showing up.
