critical : CVE--2025--22871

Affected range<1.23.8
Fixed version1.23.8
Description

The net/http package improperly accepts a bare LF as a line terminator in chunked data chunk-size lines. This can permit request smuggling if a net/http server is used in conjunction with a server that incorrectly accepts a bare LF as part of a chunk-ext.

medium : CVE--2024--45341

Affected range>=1.23.0-0
<1.23.5
Fixed version1.23.5
Description

A certificate with a URI which has a IPv6 address with a zone ID may incorrectly satisfy a URI name constraint that applies to the certificate chain.

Certificates containing URIs are not permitted in the web PKI, so this only affects users of private PKIs which make use of URIs.

medium : CVE--2024--45336

Affected range>=1.23.0-0
<1.23.5
Fixed version1.23.5
Description

The HTTP client drops sensitive headers after following a cross-domain redirect. For example, a request to a.com/ containing an Authorization header which is redirected to b.com/ will not send that header to b.com.

In the event that the client received a subsequent same-domain redirect, however, the sensitive headers would be restored. For example, a chain of redirects from a.com/, to b.com/1, and finally to b.com/2 would incorrectly send the Authorization header to b.com/2.

medium : CVE--2025--22866

Affected range>=1.23.0-0
<1.23.6
Fixed version1.23.6
Description

Due to the usage of a variable time instruction in the assembly implementation of an internal function, a small number of bits of secret scalars are leaked on the ppc64le architecture. Due to the way this function is used, we do not believe this leakage is enough to allow recovery of the private key when P-256 is used in any well known protocols.

Description

A security vulnerability was discovered in Kubernetes that could allow a user with create pod permission to exploit gitRepo volumes to access local git repositories belonging to other pods on the same node. This CVE only affects Kubernetes clusters that utilize the in-tree gitRepo volume to clone git repositories from other pods within the same node. Since the in-tree gitRepo volume feature has been deprecated and will not receive security updates upstream, any cluster still using this feature remains vulnerable.

Description

A security vulnerability has been discovered in Kubernetes windows nodes that could allow a user with the ability to query a node's '/logs' endpoint to execute arbitrary commands on the host. This CVE affects only Windows worker nodes. Your worker node is vulnerable to this issue if it is running one of the affected versions listed below.

Description

The tokenizer incorrectly interprets tags with unquoted attribute values that end with a solidus character (/) as self-closing. When directly using Tokenizer, this can result in such tags incorrectly being marked as self-closing, and when using the Parse functions, this can result in content following such tags as being placed in the wrong scope during DOM construction, but only when tags are in foreign content (e.g. , , etc contexts).

Description

Matching of hosts against proxy patterns can improperly treat an IPv6 zone ID as a hostname component. For example, when the NO_PROXY environment variable is set to "*.example.com", a request to "[::1%25.example.com]:80` will incorrectly match and not be proxied.

pkg:golang/github.com/aws/[email protected]

medium : CVE--2020--8911

Affected range>=0
Fixed versionNot Fixed
Description

A padding oracle vulnerability exists in the AWS S3 Crypto SDK for GoLang versions prior to V2. The SDK allows users to encrypt files with AES-CBC without computing a Message Authentication Code (MAC), which then allows an attacker who has write access to the target's S3 bucket and can observe whether or not an endpoint with access to the key can decrypt a file, they can reconstruct the plaintext with (on average) 128*length (plaintext) queries to the endpoint, by exploiting CBC's ability to manipulate the bytes of the next block and PKCS5 padding errors. It is recommended to update your SDK to V2 or later, and re-encrypt your files.

low : CVE--2020--8912

Affected range>=0
Fixed versionNot Fixed
Description

A vulnerability in the in-band key negotiation exists in the AWS S3 Crypto SDK for GoLang versions prior to V2. An attacker with write access to the targeted bucket can change the encryption algorithm of an object in the bucket, which can then allow them to change AES-GCM to AES-CTR. Using this in combination with a decryption oracle can reveal the authentication key used by AES-GCM as decrypting the GMAC tag leaves the authentication key recoverable as an algebraic equation. It is recommended to update your SDK to V2 or later, and re-encrypt your files.

Description

Impact

When parsing compact JWS or JWE input, go-jose could use excessive memory. The code used strings.Split(token, ".") to split JWT tokens, which is vulnerable to excessive memory consumption when processing maliciously crafted tokens with a large number of '.' characters. An attacker could exploit this by sending numerous malformed tokens, leading to memory exhaustion and a Denial of Service.

Patches

Version 4.0.5 fixes this issue

Workarounds

Applications could pre-validate payloads passed to go-jose do not contain an excessive number of '.' characters.

Description

Impact

A vulnerability was discovered in Argo CD that exposed secret values in error messages and the diff view when an invalid Kubernetes Secret resource was synced from a repository.

The vulnerability assumes the user has write access to the repository and can exploit it, either intentionally or unintentionally, by committing an invalid Secret to repository and triggering a Sync. Once exploited, any user with read access to Argo CD can view the exposed secret data.

Patches

A patch for this vulnerability is available in the following Argo CD versions:

  • v2.13.4
  • v2.12.10
  • v2.11.13

Workarounds

There is no workaround other than upgrading.

Description

Impact

The issue only occurs when the CLIENT SETINFO command times out during connection establishment. The following circumstances can cause such a timeout:

  1. The client is configured to transmit its identity. This can be disabled via the DisableIndentity flag.
  2. There are network connectivity issues
  3. The client was configured with aggressive timeouts

The impact differs by use case:

  • Sticky connections: Rather than using a connection from the pool on-demand, the caller can stick with a connection. Then you receive persistent out-of-order responses for the lifetime of the connection.
  • Pipelines: All commands in the pipeline receive incorrect responses.
  • Default connection pool usage without pipelining: When used with the default ConnPool once a connection is returned after use with ConnPool#Put the read buffer will be checked and the connection will be marked as bad due to the unread data. This means that at most one out-of-order response before the connection is discarded.

Patches

We prepared a fix in redis/go-redis#3295 and plan to release patch versions soon.

Workarounds

You can prevent the vulnerability by setting the flag DisableIndentity (BTW: We also need to fix the spelling.) to true when constructing the client instance.
