• 修复由于 corepack 问题导致的 CI 错误，详见 Newly published versions of package managers distributed from npm cannot be installed due to key id mismatch nodejs/corepack#612

• 解决方案是按照以下建议设置环境变量 COREPACK_DEFAULT_TO_LATEST=0：

  Please don't make error of fetching latest version information if packageManager field is specified. nodejs/corepack#625 (comment)

这是可行的，因为我们在 package.json 中使用 packageManager 固定了 pnpm 的版本，并且不应该依赖于 corepack 获取最新的 pnpm 。
